Volunteer Session – Saturday, 25th November, 10 am-12 noon, Poet’s Corner/Rose Garden, Queen’s Park

We’re organising a volunteering session in the Park on Saturday 25th November: It’d be great if you could join us!  All you need to bring are pair of solid shoes or boots (hiking type shoes are good) and a raincoat if we are unlucky with the weather.

All the tools we need are provided by the Parks Department.

We’re planning to tidy up paths, lop tree branches, prune-back bushes, do some weeding and litter picking. You are free to choose to do as much or as little as you want.

If you would like to come along, please let us know by Friday 17th November by replying to [email protected].

The easiest access to the Rose Garden is from Park Gate opposite the Ivory Hotel on Langside Avenue or Park Gate down from Langside Halls.
