Volunteering in the Park

If you are interested in our volunteer activities, then please get in touch with us. We meet every Thursday, between
10 am and 12 pm, and occasionally we also organise weekend sessions. The meeting place can vary depending on the activity: anything from pruning roses, planting wildflowers, weeding to cutting back spruce/trees, hoeing to litter-picking.

This is a good chance to get involved with your local park, learn some new skills or dust off old ones, and get to know new people.

You’ll need a solid pair of shoes, gardening gloves and possibly some water, as well as the usual clothing appropriate for the weather. If you’d like to get involved please contact us by email, or via our Facebook page.
