Wildlife Pond Spring Clean – 16th April 2-4 p.m.
We’ll be meeting at the Wildlife Pond (the little pond; see photo) on the 16th April from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. You’ll probably have noticed it’s in need of a fair bit of attention!
We’ll be weeding, digging and starting to prepare the soil for new soil later on in the year.
As usual, Parks Dpt. will be providing tool, but if you’ve got a spade or fork that you like working with, please bring it along. You’ll also need some gardening gloves and solid shoes.
Weather forecast – a mixture of sunshine and showers, good to have waterproof at the ready.
New volunteers especially welcomed – you’ll enjoy the work and the fun!
